• Money laundering, scam, or any form of financial crime

Consequences of Violation:

• Immediate and permanent account termination
• Reversal, withholding, or freezing of suspected funds
• Reporting to relevant authorities including NFIU, EFCC, and partner banks
• Full legal action and cooperation with law enforcement

mgcsolutes.com reserves the right to request valid proof of source of funds (bank statement, receipt, etc.) at any time and to place accounts under review pending verification. By funding your wallet, you confirm compliance with this policy.

Note: All users have passed NIN/BVN KYC verification and are responsible for maintaining the integrity of their accounts.

2. Services

MGCSOLUTES provides social media marketing (SMM) services for various platforms. Our services may include both:

• Organic promotional methods
• Automated or bot-assisted methods, depending on the service selected

By placing an order, the client understands and accepts the nature of the service being purchased.

3. Order Guarantee

We guarantee that all valid orders will be processed and completed as described.

If an order fails completely and cannot be delivered, the client will receive either:

• A full refund
• A replacement or restart of the service

This guarantee only applies before or during the delivery process.

4. Refund Policy

Refunds are only available if:

• The order was not completed
• The service failed entirely
• Our technical team confirms that the issue cannot be resolved

Once an order is marked as completed and successfully delivered, refunds are generally not available.

5. Post-Completion Complaints

If you purchase a YouTube channel and, after a long period of time, something happens to the channel, including termination, suspension, ownership issues, or policy violations, MGCSOLUTES will not be held responsible, and no refund will be issued.

However, we promise to provide quality and reliable services at the time of delivery.

Example 2 — No Refill Services

If you order a "No Refill" service and the followers, likes, views, or engagement drop after some time, MGCSOLUTES will not provide refills, compensation, or refunds.

Clients are advised to understand the difference between refill and no-refill services before purchasing.

6. Technical Support

Clients may always contact our technical support team for assistance.

While we cannot guarantee that every issue can be resolved, we will do our best to review and assist where possible.

7. Service Risks

Clients acknowledge that social media platforms may update their algorithms, policies, or systems at any time. These changes may affect the performance, retention, or stability of services purchased.

MGCSOLUTES is not responsible for losses caused by platform changes, account actions, policy violations, or third-party decisions.

8. Client Responsibility

By using our services, clients agree:

• Not to use our services for illegal activities
